Who we are

What this site collects

This website is static. It sets no cookies, runs no advertising trackers, and does not fingerprint visitors.

• The cost calculator runs entirely in your browser. The figures you enter are never transmitted to us or to anyone else, and are not stored after you close the page.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare Pages) records standard request data including IP address, user agent and requested URL, for security and reliability. Retention is governed by Cloudflare's own policy.
• Booking. Scheduling a call is handled by Calendly, a third party. What you submit there is governed by Calendly's privacy policy as well as this one.
• Email. If you email us, we keep that correspondence in order to reply and to maintain a record of the engagement.

Client data during an engagement

Client data is handled under the contract and any NDA or data processing agreement for that engagement, which take precedence over this policy. In practice:

• Systems are built to run on your infrastructure, so your operational data stays in your environment.
• Access is limited to what a specific piece of work requires, and revoked when it ends.
• We do not use client data to train models for other clients, and we do not reuse it beyond the engagement.
• Where a project involves third-party AI providers, they are named in the project documentation before any data reaches them.

Legal basis and your rights

Where GDPR applies, we process personal data on the basis of legitimate interest (operating and securing this site), contract performance (delivering work), or your consent. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you, or object to its processing, by emailing reda@unwirelab.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Retention

Correspondence and engagement records are kept only as long as our contractual and accounting obligations require, then deleted. Server logs follow Cloudflare's retention period.

Transfers

Our service providers (hosting, scheduling, email) may process data outside your country. Where required, transfers rely on standard contractual clauses or an equivalent mechanism.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, the revised version replaces this one on this page. Continued use of the site after that constitutes acceptance.
